With the birth of her first child, a woman's life changes forever. She becomes a mother. 
But with the birth of a child also some other changes occur. The man becomes a father and the former couple transforms into a family. Every new baby brings a new role for the older children: that of a big brother or big sister. A true turning point. And yes, it does matter how we are born. Not only for the child, but also for the womans biological role of being a live-giver. This is the moment where her biological self confidence can either be lifted or be broken. The quality of every pregnancy and every birth influences the number of babies that will be born into that specific family.
