FREYJA is a live, interactive program that explores the biological and physiological differences between men and women, bringing clarity and practical insights into male behaviour and biological needs. You'll learn to shift from confusion and frustration into ease, connection, and confidence.

FREYJA – A 12-week live online course for women to understand the biology of love and relationships.

Women will transform their relationships with the men in their life, be it their partner, father, son, brother, boss, or colleague.

This course is about exploring the biology of men and women, and understanding and reconnecting with their nature.
