Payment Plan Instructions for membership in
The Collective
Annual Membership:
One-time payment of 860€
OR by request only,
Two-time payment of 450€ (month 1 and at the latest by month 6)
The Collective — Two-Instalment Contribution Agreement (only for members)
We take self-responsibility seriously.
Participation in The Collective is granted for one full year within our association.
This two-instalment contribution option is available only to members of the association.
For members wishing to contribute in two instalments, the annual support amount of 900€ is arranged as follows:
- The first instalment of 450€ is due in the first month of the 12-month cycle (and includes your association project membership).
- The second instalment of 450€ may be made any time up to the end of month 6 of your participation.
For example, if you join in January, the first instalment of 450€ is contributed immediately, and the second instalment of 450€ may be contributed any time between February and June.
Together, these contributions total 900€ for the year.
If the second instalment is not received by the end of month 6, access to the program may be paused.
Your agreed contribution plan, however, remains in place and continues to be your responsibility for the full year.
As this two-instalment option is offered to accommodate members, we rely on your self-responsibility and do not wish to send reminders.
If we need to follow up on a missed contribution, an administrative fee of 10€ will be applied to cover the additional organisational work.
By choosing the two-instalment contribution option and with your first contribution, you agree to these terms.
Membership in The Collective is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

IMPORTANT:
The reference/reason/description for the bank transfer MUST be Supporting Fee. Otherwise your fee will have to be rejected and resubmitted.

We do not recommend using a wire transfer due to high fees; if it's your only option, we suggest using WISE to minimise costs - see below.
