The Collective

We take self-responsibility seriously.
Participation in The Collective is granted for one full year within our association.
This monthly contribution option is available only to members of the association.
For members wishing to make monthly contributions, the annual support amount of 900€ is arranged as follows:
- In the month you join, a double contribution of 150€ is required. This covers your first two months in advance (and includes your association project membership).
- In the following month, your regular monthly contribution of 75€ begins, continuing for the next ten months. For example, if you join in January, you contribute 150€, followed by 75€ each month from February to November.
Together, these contributions total 900€ for the year.
(This structure ensures you contribute the equivalent of two months in advance, keeping your participation always one month ahead throughout the year.)
The ten regular monthly contributions of 75€ are due on the 1st of each month. If a monthly contribution is not received by the 1st, access to the program may be paused. Your agreed contribution plan, however, remains in place and continues to be your obligation for the remainder of the yearly cycle.
As this monthly option is offered to accommodate members, we rely on your self-responsibility and we do not wish to send reminders. If we need to follow up on a missed contribution, an administrative fee of 10€ will be applied to cover the additional organisational work.
If two monthly contributions are missed within the year, the option to continue with monthly contributions will end. In this case, the remaining annual amount will become due in full.
To support transparency and smooth administration, we kindly ask you to provide a screenshot of the recurring transfer set up with your bank. There should be little to no fees incurred for these monthly contributions; if fees arise, we recommend using WISE to minimise costs.
By choosing the monthly contribution option, and with your first contribution, you agree to these terms.
Membership in The Collective is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

The reference/reason/description for the bank transfer MUST be Supporting Fee. Otherwise your fee will have to be rejected and resubmitted.
